First time having a Property Manager or wanting to change from your current? We make this as simple as possible! If you’re either overworked or are not satisfied with the service you are receiving from your current Property Manager, contact us today via the form below.
If you are currently with another agency, we can arrange for the transfer of management of your property, even if there is a current fixed term tenancy in place. We promise to make this as stress free as possible for you and will minimise disruptions to your tenants as best as possible. There are no costs incurred from our office to cover the admin involved with the sign up and so long as we give the appropriate termination notice to your current property agent, you will not be penalised.
Once we have your authority, we can notify your current managing agent of the transfer and arrange to collect all the relevant tenancy documentation and keys to effectively manage the property on your behalf. All we require from you before we proceed is our property management transfer letter and residential management authority both completed and signed so we are ready and able to act on your behalf.
Once we have contacted the other agent, we are able to set up your tenant in our system and notify them of the change of agent. We provide them with our contact details, login credentials to our tenant section on our website and a bank account to continue making their rent payments into.
Once we have taken over, we complete an inspection of the property (which we welcome you to join). From this, we will provide you with a detailed report covering maintenance and an updated rental assessment of your property. We will also then provide you with a login to our website and Palace so you are able to access anything to do with your properties. Ie: monthly statements, invoices for maintenance, property inspections and more! We will endeavour to maintain a high level of care and support.
If you want to proceed, feel free to fill in the contact form below or contact us via phone or email here.
