I have been with Housingplus since 2009 and have been dealing with Amber Carr since the beginning of 2014. Amber has been, and still is, showing the units to prospective tenants, selecting the tenants, signing and doing all the paperwork involved in the tenanting of the units and carrying out the sixteen weekly inspections.

Amber keeps a close eye on the rental market and works hard at giving me a good indication of what market rents are and from there I advise on what I think a good and fair price would be for the units for the coming year. I am very pleased in the caring way Amber communicates with the tenants and ensures that both the tenants and I are both happy. Amber is proactive when one tenancy is about to end and has a unit ready to be occupied by new tenants when a current tenant moves out. So, we have zero vacancies which is just great.
