We at Wesley Community Action have been working with Amber of Housingplus for over four years. Our tenants are of the older generation and may present with some unique housing requirements. They are all able to live independently but do need more oversight than an average tenant, and Amber provides this oversight with tact and skill. She is an integral part of the Constable Street community and encourages the tenants to get involved and support each other in so many ways. Amber brings an energy and commitment to ensuring that we maintain a successful blend of tenants, from the beginning of a tenancy where she goes the extra mile to make sure that the prospective tenants are a good fit with the existing tenants and families, through managing rental payments etc. to helping those who leave our complex do so with dignity and respect.

Amber is invariably available and responsive, and demonstrates a real concern for the property and for her relationship with us, as the owners, and the residents. Amber is a knowledgeable, personable, practical and committed property manager for whom we have the greatest respect.
